100% Negroamaro grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts and naturally refermented in the bottle with the ancestral method. Intense Pet Nat with super delicate bubbles and big boy aromas of wild berries, leather, and herbs topped off with beautiful minerality on the finish.

Calcarius are based in Apricena, in the northern region of Gargano, Puglia (just south of Abruzzo), where producers Valentina Passalacqua and Danilo Marcucci oversee a farm comprising 80 hectares of vines, fruit and vegetables.
